Google controls images for display ads more closely
You may want to review the display ads, as we may have disapproved images or limited complete ads due to more rigorous reviews.
According to the image policy, the following are not allowed:
Images upside down or sideways, or images that do not occupy the entire area of the selected image size.
Blurred images that contain unclear, unrecognizable, or illegible text.
Images that emit rhythmic light, flicker, or otherwise distract.
Ads that go beyond the frame or otherwise occupy the site or application for the most part.
